Under this program, your coach assists you in identifying your skills, strengths, interests, and values through various assessment tools and exercises Once the career goals are established, your coach will help you create a step-by-step action plan to achieve those goals.

How: Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment supported by six one-hour coaching sessions with field work assigned across a duration of three to five months.
