Program Overview
In this capacity, we engage in a 60-minute virtual meeting every two-three weeks across six months for a total of 12 sessions. At the beginning of the program, the IT Executive has the option to partake in a 360-degree assessment to understand employee feedback on their effectiveness and how they are perceived. We utilize a multi-rater assessment process that provides a snapshot of their character, substance and style for development in executive presence, as observed by their manager, peers, direct reports and others within their firm. We draw upon knowledge and insights gained from that review to elevate individual performance and how they are viewed by their leadership, stakeholders and team.
